By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the LumoTV mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LumoTV is a video streaming application that provides access to video content through our platform. The App allows users to:

• Stream video content in m3u8 format
• Browse and discover video content
• Save favorites and manage watch history
• Download videos for offline viewing
• Access premium features through in-app purchases

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Share your account with others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of LumoTV and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5.3 Third-Party Content

The App may contain content from third parties. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and use such content.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You acknowledge that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• Prices may change with notice

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LumoTV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LumoTV operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LumoTV regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
