How do I create an account?
You can create an account by opening the LumoTV app and tapping on the "Sign Up" or "Register" button. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.
How do I download videos for offline viewing?
To download a video, open the video detail page and tap the download button. You can manage your downloads in the "Downloads" section of the app. Note that downloaded videos are stored locally on your device.
Why is a video not playing?
If a video is not playing, please check your internet connection. Also, ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed. If the problem persists, try restarting the app or your device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to your Apple ID settings on your device, tap "Subscriptions", find LumoTV, and select "Cancel Subscription". You can also manage subscriptions directly in the App Store.
How do I clear my watch history?
You can clear your watch history by going to the "History" section in the app and using the clear or delete options. You can also clear individual items by swiping left on them.
What devices are supported?
LumoTV is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 15.6 or later. The app is optimized for both iPhone and iPad devices.
How do I report a problem or bug?

How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact our support team at support@lumotv.com with your account email address. We will process your account deletion request within 7 business days.

Can I use the app without an internet connection?
